All About Me continued...

This WEEK we continued learning 

ALL ABOUT ME

We learned that we love ourselves, love our friends, love Hashem, and that I am special and there is only one "ME".

We reviewed that I am special and therefore I look a special way. We reviewed our facial features and created Self Portraits.

We also learned what our favorite color is and started our All About Me book. 

We learned how old we are by looking at a birthday cake and seeing how many candles we needed. 

 Everyone was so excited to see that all of their friends were 3 years old just like them. 

Morah Rivky and Morah leah taught us about our favorite food and about being Strong and healthy. We really enjoyed learning in small groups.

We learned that some food are Yummy but are not healthy for our teeth.

We learned that fruits and vegetables gives us muscles and make us big and strong

We picked a picture of our favorite food and glued it to our ALL ABOUT ME book. 

Since we love ourselves and our friends a good way to show it is by taking care of ourselves and our friends. This week we started having Special Helpers, a Tefillah helpers (morning circle) and breakfast helpers.

Our Tefillah helper sits in a special helper seat and Sings nicely the Davening songs.

 Other things our nursery friends do is help themselves by feeding themselves and by cleaning up after we make a mess. 

Our nursery friends are helping to sweep up the rice that fell on the floor

Noya is helping Morah fix a book that ripped

Aaron is helping to sweep up food that fell on the floor

Our friends are doing "Team Work" to put away the toys

 


 

Our nursery friends are getting very good at pouring themselves milk and serving themselves cereal (there is almost no more spills).
