First week Mitzvot make Hashem happy
School had just begun. The nursery class is very busy learning how to do many Mitzvot. Hashem loves us so much and we love Him too so we try to do things that will make him happy. When we do Mitzvot, it makes him very happy.
We daven to Hashem to say thank you for the beautiful life that he gives us. We then put coins into the tzedaka box (charity).
Every year Hashem puts the Mitzvot we do on a scale and will be proud of us when our scale is going to be heavy with all the Mitzvot that we did all year.
We played a game with the scale.
We each took a turn putting a penny on the scale and saying the diffrent Mitzvot we did.
Finally, we have a special box for our Mitzva notes. After Morah reads all our Mitzva notes that we bring from home. Then, she puts them in the special box, and by the end of the year, we are going to collect A LOT OF MITZVOT.
Morah read us a book about Mitzva notes.
We were very happy to celebrate our first Shabbat party.
We each made our very own Challah to take home which we are going to do every Friday.
Every Friday, we are going to take turns being the
Shabbat Abba & Imma.
SHABBAT SHALOM!
