This week we started learning about the Season "SUMMER".
We noticed on our calender that the month of May was ending and June was approaching. We looked at the pictures of Spring and Summer and noticed the similarities and differences.
We spoke about the different clothing we wear in the Summer and dressed Sammy (our weather boy) in his bathing suit shorts, sandals, tee shirts, and baseball cap.
We learned that in the summer time we can go to the park and the beach so we decided to take a class trip there.

We also had a picnic on the beach
We had fun digging holes and making sand mountains. We enjoyed searching for sea shells and rocks in the sand.
What a fun trip!!!
Back at school the next day we took a close look at our rock and shell collection
We made beaded bracelet as a Summer time project.
