 Independence Day For ISRAEL

 It was a special day on Friday, we celebrated the birthday of the country of ISRAEL.

We found ISRAEL on the globe.

          
          Morah showed us pictures of different places in ISRAEL

She then showed us the FLAG of the country of ISRAEL.

The colors of the FLAG are White (lavan) and Blue (kachol).

                             
                            We then made our own flag.

Aaron formed the letter  ד(Daled) for דגל(Degel) which means flag. 

We all enjoyed our music class with Morah Rivky dancing and singing with the flags.

                                               

          For lunch we got to taste a special Israeli food called                                   FALAFEL which is made from chickpeas.
